What to expect

First things first, inquire here as soon as you have a wedding date! Browse the website, our Instagram page and find which pieces you love the most. Check out our pricing page, browse packages and maybe add a preservation fund to your registry! 

Once you're ready to book, complete the client brochure and sign the contract. There is a $100 retainer fee to make it official. The balance is then divided into two payments that are due 4 and 8 weeks later, respectively. These payments are on auto-pay, so if there is a need for additional payments please let us know ahead of time. We can accommodate up to six even payments.

AT YOUR WEDDING: Please be sure to designate someone to make sure your bouquet is always sitting stems-in-water unless it's being held. This is crucial to make sure your flowers stay hydrated and arrive in the best possible condition. If your wedding is outdoors and in the summertime, please keep your blooms indoors if possible, or in the shade. We can only preserve the flowers in the condition in which we receive them.

If you are local to Oklahoma, you can bring your bouquet directly to us in OKC. If you are shipping your bouquet to us, please ship the following business day. If you get married on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, ship your flowers the following Monday. Overnight shipping is required to book with us. This can be expensive, so please plan accordingly. We want the flowers in the box for the least amount of time possible. You will be notified you when your flowers have been received. 

Once your flowers have been carefully dried, cleaned and ready for casting, you will be provided a layout preview. After that, you will  be provided an update when your collection is ready for pick up or shipping. You will receive a link to the client portal where you can communicate with us and see the stage your project is in. This is a new change, so if you are a current client and do not have a link, let us know and we can send it to you.

The whole process can take at least 8+ months depending on the size of the order.
