Our shop minimum is $399, and your order must include a main piece selection. Due to the unexpected request for memorial orders, we are flexible on requiring a main piece as long as the minimum is met.
Yes! You may hang dry your bouquet or you can send in a photo of your bouquet, and we can source flowers that match your bouquet. In some cases, we can take reservations after your event date if the bouquet is less than 5 days old and we approve the condition of the flowers.
Selections such as a coasters and trays require flowers with a low profile, or we can open and press your blooms to fit. This does change the look of your flowers, but we believe it will still be a beautiful representation of your bouquet.
You may cancel your reservation before 90 days of your reserved date for a full refund. After that, all deposits and payments are nonrefundable. We have turned people away for your reservation.
Payment plans can now be accommodated! We will work with your budget. Please note that your balance must be paid in full before casting can begin on your project.
We dry your flowers with a specific technique to keep the color and shape of your flowers, however the color can change and vary based on the type of flower. Most vibrant colorful flowers dry mostly the same, but a slightly deeper shade. White flowers tend to pull to their undertones. If your flowers are more of an ivory, they can dry a cream or a yellow shade. If your flowers are bright white, they can dry ivory or even shade of light pink. the lovely quicksand rose tends to dry a pinkish taupe shade. Speak with your florist about undertones when you choose your color palette. We can only preserve your flowers in the condition in which they are received. It's best to be sure you read through our care guide after making your reservation.
More delicate flowers, like lisianthus, lilies and orchids do not always dry their original color or shape. We always assess each flower and approve them for your preservation. Although we have had much success with these flowers, it is a good idea to send extra just in case!
Lilies and orchids seem to be the most fragile blooms. Some flowers like dahlias, mums, and sunflowers may lose their petals during the drying process--but we are able to reattach them so they look natural.
Succulents cannot be preserved due to their high moisture content. Berries shrivel up and can lose their color after drying. You may send artificial replacements for your preservation pieces, or we can source them for you.
Most requests can be accommodated. You will receive a layout preview for main piece items if you choose this option on your order form. Layout previews are not available for add-on pieces. If you would like to be surprised and not see a preview of your main piece, please indicate this on your order form.
From the time your flowers arrive at my studio, it will take a minimum of 5 months for your pieces to be completed, depending on the size of the order and the season. Time frame is subject to change as necessary without notice.
Please read over our care guide carefully. The link for the care guide is in your booking confirmation email. Do not display your pieces in direct sunlight or in locations that receive constant heat, such as a fire place mantle. If you need to store your pieces for a move, be sure to keep them in a cool, dark climate controlled environment.
